Noreen will begin by holding a ceremony for opening the heart centre filling the heart space with self love and compassion with our beautiful Ceremonial Cacao. Giving gratitude to this plant medicine and inviting more love, more compassion, more flow. ⚛️

Lucy will hold this powerful space with InnerDance. Feeling safe and secure in the knowledge that you can let the freedom of self expression flow. Allowing whatever comes up to move through you.. releasing that no longer serves you.
