📢 First Run Club Meetup – Sunday, August 24th at 10:00 AM
We’re kicking things off at Mill River Park in Stamford! 🏃‍♀️✨
Meet-Up Spot: Must be added to chat to see!
Route: About 3 miles, self-paced (walk, jog, run – all welcome!) I will be running a nice easy jog.
Terrain: Mostly flat and paved, beginner-friendly
Parking: Free street parking on Mill River Street or nearby paid lots/garages
