Join Rumble Boxing Stamford for a POWER WORKOUT
Sundays at 9am in Latham Park
About the class: Multi-round class alternating between boxing drills and strength exercises. The workout focuses on building muscle, improving coordination and agility, and burning calories

No prior registration is needed. All classes are on a first come, first served basis and subject to weather conditions.
