Join SoulTribe at Sledmere for a private garden tour and soulful yoga practice in the Walled Garden, followed by a celestial soundbath in The Orangery.
As August draws to a close and the golden hush of late summer settles over the land, you are invited to experience the historic beauty of Sledmere like never before.
From 2pm onwards, your ticket includes full access to the Parkland, Gardens and Farm Park—plenty of time to wander, reflect, and sink into the slower rhythm of the season.
At 5pm, we gather for an intimate 45-minute guided tour of the enchanted Walled Garden with Sledmere’s Head Gardener, Jan. This private walk is exclusively for our group - an invitation to immerse yourself in nature’s quiet transitions and the hidden magic of this sacred space.
We then move into ceremony, beginning with a soulful yoga practice led by SoulTribe founder Lucy Saywood in the Walled Garden, (or in the elegant Courtyard Room if the weather calls us indoors!) Through grounding breathwork and gentle, embodied movement, we’ll honour the energy of late summer, release what no longer serves, and open to the season ahead.
After a short pause for refreshments, we gather in the Orangery—reserved exclusively for us—for a celestial soundbath led by Katherine Winter of All the Aces.
Lie back, close your eyes, and be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, remo drum, and koshi chimes. Let the soundwaves carry you into deep rest, clearing stagnant energy and restoring clarity as you prepare to step into September with grace and intention.
This is more than a wellness event—it is a sacred pause. A space to mark the turning of the wheel. To come home to your body, your breath, and your soul in one of Yorkshire’s most beautiful settings.
