It's our annual open weekend at Tame Valley Model Railway Club!
You'll find layouts on display, modelling demonstrations, a club sale stand, and refreshments. There's something for all ages, all levels of experience, and several different scales on show.
Entrance is by donation.
The Scout Hut is just behind 61 Stamford Drive.
By train:
We're just 500m from Stalybridge station. Turn left out of the station up Rassbottom Street, then turn left onto Stamford Drive. Walk past the planter in the road, and we're just ahead on the left.
By bus:
Services 237, 348, and 356 stop just 200m away on Stamford Street.
Services 343 and 387 stop 800m at Stalybridge Bus Station.
By car:
From Clarence Street, turn onto Stamford Drive next to the railway bridge. Continue up Stamford Drive for 300m and turn right into the Scout Hut car park.
