Brewing Skills Development Course

We will be delivering our five-day Brewing Skills Development course in London at Thames Side Brewery in Staines-upon-Thames.

This course is ideal for all brewing personnel looking to boost their brewing knowledge and skills, and supplies practical training that can be instantly implemented.

It will run from Monday, 11th to Friday, 15th August. We are making the course as accessible as possible, with attendees able to enrol on a combination of days or undertake the full programme.

Each individual day delves into a specific skillset, featuring:
Day 1. Raw Materials and Recipe Formulation
Day 2. Brewing Processes and Packaging
*Day 3. Yeast, Hygiene and Quality Control Theory
*Day 4. Practical Quality Control Techniques and Skills
Day 5. Professional Flavour Evaluation

*Note days 3 and 4 must be booked together due to overlapping subject content.
