Meditation class

Step out of the rush and into stillness in the calm of our 17th century panelled room. This gentle evening offers two meditations: a guided visualization exploring a reflective theme to deepen self-awareness, followed by a quiet Zen meditation, resting with the natural rhythm of the breath.

This meditation practice offers a quiet space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself. Guided visualization gently deepens self-awareness, helping you gain insight, clarity, and a kinder understanding of your inner landscape. The Zen meditation cultivates clam presence through the breath, soothing the nervous system and grounding the mind in the present moment. Together, these practices can reduce stress, enhance emotional balance, and leave you feeling more centred, refreshed, and quietly restored.

£5 only including light refreshments. A warm welcome to all - no experience needed, just a willingness to pause for a while.
