Hatha Yoga w Emma

Feel the benefits of adding a holistic yoga practice that will assist you to move through your week with greater awareness, more vitality, less stress and comfort in your body.

Get ready to end your day in a more conscious way, melting the stress and tension away from everyday commitments, setting you up for a more connected and mindful week ahead.

This class is open to everyone and welcomes beginners through to intermediate students. If you have an injury or concern about your ability to particate please get in touch. I would be more than happy to chat with you and find a way to support you on your wellness journey.

BYO a yoga mat and props; suggestion 2 blocks
No need to book - just come along and experience the joys of yoga in this welcoming community.
$14 per casual class or $60 for a 5 class pass.
