Join us in a quiet, rural spot at a vintage café for creative and calming time for you. This is a welcoming space to slow down, rest, and reconnect— a gentle session of painting, meditation, and connection.
💫 What we do together:
•Begin with a short meditation and reiki to help settle the mind and body
•Paint intuitively, copying an image or just creating from the soul allowing your creativity to flow without pressure, have fun and play with colours
•Receive gentle spiritual guidance from oracle cards if you wish
•Spend time in nature and connect with others in a calm, welcoming space
•Leave with your painting as a little reminder of your time of rest and reflection
No experience with art or meditation is needed. The focus is on calm, creativity, and connection, not technique or perfection.
🌿 During the session you can:
Give yourself a chance to slow down and return to yourself
Explore colour and creativity as a form of gentle healing
Enjoy the beautiful location watching alpacas, peacocks, and chickens wandering nearby with a hot drink from the café if you like
Feel supported and connected in our lovely group
