Walk With a Doc - St Pete

I'm Dr. Maria Guzman, a triple board certified MD in internal medicine, sleep, and obesity medicine. I help patients improve their sleep and metabolic health so they can live a life that they love living 💚💪

I'm very excited to bring Walk with a Doc to St. Pete! This a global nonprofit organization founded 20 years ago by a cardiologist in Ohio, Dr. Sabgir. He wanted to motivate his patients to get moving and invited them to join him for a walk around the park, discuss a health topic, and build community. There are now 584 chapters among 39 countries! 😲

The goal is to inspire conversation about important health topics in a relaxed setting!
