A harp and sound healing session is a deeply transformative journey that combines the calming resonance of the harp with the healing power of sound to restore balance and well-being.
We begin by inviting you to settle in, setting an intention and grounding yourself with a little movement and a short meditation to center your mind and body. Then, we will immerse you in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, followed by the gentle, melodic sounds of the harp. This harmonious blend creates a peaceful space where you can relax deeply and connect with your inner self.
As the session draws to a close, we’ll move through affirmations and pull oracle cards for insight and clarity, offering messages of guidance.
Finally, there will be an opportunity for anyone who feels called to share their experiences or reflections in a supportive and open environment.
This session is a sacred time for you to unwind, reflect, and experience healing on all levels.
When played, sound bowls emit deep, resonant tones that create vibrational frequencies. These frequencies interact with the body’s energy systems—particularly the chakras—to promote alignment, release blockages, and facilitate healing. The sound waves can travel through the air and through the body, stimulating different areas and promoting a sense of relaxation, grounding, or emotional release, depending on the tone and frequency.
Harp frequencies facilitate emotional release. Harp music has the potential to unlock deep emotional states, helping individuals process and release stored emotions.
Please bring a blanket, journal, and anything that allows you to be comfortable.
Jacket or sweater is recommended as during the winter months the beach can be chilly at sunset.
