Come join us for a night of cinematic exploration at the Art of Counseling, PLLC! Our Reel Reflections Series presents the mind-bending film Mad God. Dive into a surreal world of stop-motion animation and dark fantasy. Immerse yourself in the unique visuals and thought-provoking themes of this cult classic.

As the film unfolds, you’ll be invited into a space of creative response, bringing sketching, doodling, or journaling into the experience as a way to process its surreal imagery in real time.

After the screening, stay for a guided discussion to reflect together on the film’s symbols, emotions, and deeper meanings. It’s a chance to move beyond simply watching into a layered, shared experience of art, dialogue, and self-expression.

We're using an economic justice sliding scale to price our tickets. This is inspired by The Green Bottle Economic Justice Scale. This approach allows each person to choose what they pay based on their access to resources. This helps make community events like this more equitable and accessible.

When you purchase your tickets, you'll see tickets labelled Seed/Tier 1, Bloom/Tier 2, and Canopy/Tier 3:

🌱 Seed/Tier 1 ($15): Nurture your own growth while receiving support from the community. This reduced rate is supported by those contributing at higher tiers.

🌸 Bloom/Tier 2 ($20): Choose this ticket if it feels comfortable to you. This ticket price covers the true cost of the event, helping it flourish.

🌳 Canopy/Tier 3 ($25): Choose this rate if you have greater access to resources. Your contribution helps make lower-cost tickets available for others.
