About Obon
Obon is a deeply spiritual Japanese holiday honoring ancestors. Through music, dance, food, and ceremony, families reflect on their loved ones and guide spirits home with lanterns at dusk.
This beloved event is presented in partnership with the Japan America Society of Minnesota and the Saint Paul Nagasaki Sister City Committee.
