Come hear from three of the biggest stars in professional distance running in Minnesota and the U.S.!

We will be joined by Olympian Dakotah Popehn, 2x Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon Champion Annie Frisbie and recent 3rd Place finisher at the Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon and Olympic Trials Qualifier, Elena Hayday, and hear about their recent sweep of the top 3 places at the 2025 Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon. We will dive into what went into the races and how it played out from their perspectives. We will also talk about their future plans in training and racing.

There will be time for a Question and Answer with the trio toward the end of the show and a short meet and greet after.

6pm - Open group run with Run Minnesota Summer Training (optional) All paces welcome with varying distances.
7pm - doors open
