Marc Prokosch has practiced immigration law exclusively since 2006, with extensive experience handling complex cases from initial applications through appeals. He represents clients before USCIS, the Department of State, EOIR, the BIA, and U.S.
Federal District and Circuit Courts nationwide. Widely recognized for his expertise, Marc is regarded as the attorney with the most experience in immigration federal litigation in the Upper Midwest. He is a former AILA Chapter Chair and Past Chair of the AILA National Bylaws Committee, and he frequently speaks and mentors both attorneys and law students on advanced immigration topics.
The Reverend Rex McKee
The Reverend Rex McKee serves as a Deacon in The Episcopal Church in Minnesota at St. John the Baptist, Minneapolis. A theologian, preacher, mentor teacher and activist, he follows the Way of Love - the Way of Jesus, bridging church and world through advocacy, justice, and pastoral presence rooted in the Beloved Community.
Deeply engaged in immigrant justice and welcoming the stranger, he serves on the leadership tables of The NorthSTAR Alliance and the Episcopal Migration Response Network. Rex lives the triad of learn, pray, and act, and is committed to mercy, courage, and action as pathways of faithfulness and transformation. *
