AUDITIONS:
The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee
Tuesday, August 5 @ 6pm & 7:30pm

Youth Performance Company seeks diverse actors (ages 13 – 22) for their fall 2025 production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. YPC encourages actors of all ethnicities, cultures, gender identities, socioeconomic statuses, and abilities to audition.

Non-stipend positions.

WHAT TO PREPARE/EXPECT:
Auditioners should prepare a Broadway musical-style song (short; 16-18 bars) to be sung acapella and a 60-90 second story or monologue.
Auditioners will be taught a dance combination at the audition, so dress for movement.
Auditioners will also be run through some improv exercises and games.
Headshot and resume are encouraged, but not required.
