Aerial Chains Workshop

Students will learn to create shapes and eventually flow with the mesmerizing chains apparatus. Perhaps even learn a drop or two, depending on skill level.

Pre-Requisite: All skill levels welcomed!

Recommended Attire: Thicker cotton pants and/or two layers of pants and shirts with sleeves.

Potential Benefits: Chains is a gorgeous apparatus to build strength, stamina, and creativity with.
