🕡 Warmup run begins at 6:30 PM
We’ll complete a 5 minute dynamic warmup together before an easy 10 minute warmup run. If the track is not open, we'll warmup through the neighborhood to Norbourne and cool down together afterward. This week, we'll run a ladder drill of 1 min., 2 min., 3 min., 4 min., 5 min., 4 min., 3 min., 2 min., 1 min.
