Join us on the rooftop at The View at Forest Park Apartments for a Barre-Pilates fusion class with Riya, owner of Next Horizon Travel, that’s the perfect start to your Saturday! 🧘🏻‍♀️💖

This mat-based class combines the strength and core focus of Pilates with the sculpting, ballet-inspired movements of barre - leaving you toned, lengthened, and energized for the weekend. No dance or barre experience needed, all levels are welcome!

Riya has a passion for wellness and community, and she brings her uplifting energy to every class, making this workout empowering, approachable, and fun for all levels. ✨
