615 Washington Avenue, St. Louis, United States
Join us on Saturday, June 21st for a raw, soul-deep blues performance by Boo Boo Davis, part of our Blues on the Block: The Legacy Within series, presented in partnership with the Missouri Arts Council.
Born and raised in Drew, Mississippi, Boo Boo Davis is one of the last living bluesmen who lived the Delta blues life firsthand—learning harmonica in church, singing in cotton fields, and growing up surrounded by legends like Elmore James and John Lee Hooker. His powerful, booming voice and fiery harmonica have taken him from St. Louis juke joints to major stages across Europe.
Don’t miss this rare chance to experience the blues in its purest form, right on the Legends Room stage.
