Reiki Shamaic Drum Healing, for positive reprograming

Our default thinking is influenced more by the negative. Often, the positive is like Teflon and slides off, but a negative situation sticks like glue!
Our thoughts are energy and negative thoughts create an acidic environment throughout our whole tissue body and can cause weak or ill health. Positive thinking can do wonders for our well-being.
In this Reiki drum session we will be looking at finding a positive affirmation to work with, its not 'healing with mind power but rather the Reiki will be sent into your subconscious. This, as with all Reiki techniques will be an effortless practice. It is done from a relaxed, meditative state.
The addition of a little cacao can help with opening the heart to receive the Reiki more deeply.
