This unique-to-Lior class is designed to support women navigating the transitions of perimenopause through post-menopause. Blending gentle yoga, functional movement, breathwork, Chinese-medicine knowledge , and mindful relaxation, each session focuses on reducing stress, improving mobility, supporting hormonal balance, and reconnecting with your body’s changing needs.
You’ll explore practices that can ease common symptoms, such as hot flushes, sleep challenges, anxiety, stiffness, and fatigue, while building strength, resilience, and a sense of ease.
Community is at the heart of this offering. Expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can move, breathe, learn, and connect with others on a similar journey.
