This will be a gentle evening dedicated to rest and reflection: sisters sitting side by side in the dark, regenerative womb of winter. You can expect a blend of guided meditation, poetry, seasonal ritual and a generous amount of time allocated to open sharing.

I encourage you to bring along anything you need to be as comfortable as possible (we will be sitting on the floor). There will be rugs to sit on, some cushions provided and heaters on, but please bring along your own blanket and cushion if possible.

This circle space honours womanhood in its many expressions. It is open to all who identify as women and those who move fluidly within or beyond the category of “woman.”

This circle space is being offered within the context of 'Raising the Vibrations', an immersive art exhibition that explores the unseen frequencies of creativity, spirituality, and human connection.
