Ha - Tha Yoga quite literally means 'union of sun and moon.' through the practice of Hatha Yoga we aim to balance all the polarities within us. In an authentic and friendly environment we will take time to find stability and comfort (sthira and sukham) in each asana (posture) as well as practicing pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to cultivate an inner stillness that stays within you.
