Connect with Nature

Connecting with nature has proven benefits for wellbeing. Weather permitting, we will tour the community garden and Emma from Groundwork South will talk to us about what native plant species to look out for each month of the year. You will get the opportunity to create your own nature spotting calendar. There will be a light lunch after the session.
