Open your senses to the natural world as you meander through the mountain valley of Crawford Notch, following gentle trails to waterfalls, rocky river swimming holes, and hidden caves. Learn to expand your senses using wide-angle vision, and attune to the elements through sacred sound and guided meditation.

A picnic lunch, snacks, and a water bottle
Bathing suit, towel, sunscreen
Layers of clothing for changing weather
Good walking shoes
(Light hiking will be involved, making this trip not suitable for those with mobility restrictions.)
