Graceful Exits: End of Life Panel Discussion

The panel discussion will focus on non-medical supports and resources for end-of-life care. Panelists include: the Rev. Ann Hockridge, Episcopal priest, Bereavement coordinator for North Country Home Health and Hospice, and former longtime interfaith hospice chaplain; Beth Emerson, from Continua Hospice Choir; Lindsey Warren, death doula.

This event is free, ADA accessible, and open to the public. Co-sponsored by NVRH and the Athenaeum.
