Welcome to join us for a new series of 8-week Fall 2025 Wisdom Healing Qigong classes from September 25th to Nov 27th … Thursdays 10:30 - 12:00 and 7:00 - 8:30 for all levels ... and 2:00 - 3:30 for those who have already done my classes and know the basics of the practice.

Come and more deeply awaken your natural Energy and aliveness from within for increasing energy, wellness, confidence, and JOY! A mix of gentle movements, sound vibration using your own voice, visualization, meditation, and posture alignment. Can be done standing or seated and can be done by virtually anyone. Can modify as your body might need.
