Welcome to join us for a new series of 8-week Fall 2025 T'ai Chi Chih classes from September 25th to Nov 25th … Tuesdays 10:30 - 12:00 and 7:00 - 8:30 for all levels ... and 2:00 - 3:30 for those who have already done my classes and know the basics of the practice.

Come and more deeply awaken your natural Energy and aliveness from within for increasing energy, wellness, confidence, and JOY! A set of 20 soft repetitive gentle movements. There is also a focus on good posture to with better energy flow. Can be done standing or seated and can be done by virtually anyone. Can modify as your body might need.
