SOOKY COUCH GIRLS began playing music together in July of 2023 after connecting at the Ship Pub’s bluegrass brunch. Composed of Sarah Hansen (vocals, guitar, harmonium, ukulele), Emily Hunt (upright bass, vocals), Lauren Smee (fiddle, vocals), and Meghan McCarthy (vocals, guitar), this acoustic quartet plays a combination of original songs and covers with a side order of sass. Their style is a unique combination of bluegrass, folk, country and gospel, and their mission is to have as much fun as possible while sharing their love of music with audiences and with each other. Our max capacity is 35 so larger groups (>3 people) should purchase tickets well ahead of time. Walk-ins may be available on the day of the show - please drop in or call 709-722-9167 to confirm.
Our Kitchen closes at 4:00pm, but snacks and baked treats are available till 9:00.
Please arrive at least 15 mins early to get seated and avoid the rush. Groups of 3 or more will be assigned a table; free seating for singles and couples. Please check in with our staff before seating yourself.
