Stress Busters- School age edition

Join Ms. Amanda from Families Forward for stress busting games and activities every Thursday evening in the YA section at Briggs District Library.

6:00-6:45 pm (ages 7-10)
7:00-7:45 pm (ages 13-16)

Advance registration is not required.

Families Forward at Community Mental Health Authority of Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham Counties is teaming up with Briggs District Library!
This group focuses on easy activities youth can do to help feel better when they are dealing with stressful situations. Learn about mindfully paying attention to movement and breathing, using artwork to express feelings, and how laughter helps us feel better.
