Join Joan Dohey for this 3-part series of pure bliss at The Lantern.

Sessions comprise of gentle yoga, a delicious sound bath with crystal singing bowls and chimes and a short meditation to prepare you for a lovely night’s sleep.

No yoga experience necessary.

Joan is a certified sound healing practitioner, Hatha Yoga teacher and meditation teacher. She loves to help clients let go of stress and blocks that keep them from living their best life.

Doors open at 7.
Parking is available at the Lantern and the Basilica, with some spaces on Barnes Rd.

Cancellation policy: no refunds. If you cannot make a class, you may transfer/sell your space to another person.

Water bottle
Yoga mat
Pillow and blanket
