Join our hands-on workshop and master every component of a truly unforgettable fish taco. We'll demystify deep frying and show you how to create a light, crispy beer batter for perfect cod.

You'll make your own flour tortillas and build layers of flavour with quick-pickled onions and a smoky chipotle aioli.
