From our first breath in to our last breath out, how we breathe impacts our physical, emotional and mental health and wellbeing. By learning how to maximise the quality of our breath, we can enhance our physiological systems to,

⭐️ trigger our rest and restore function and reduce the impact of stress
⭐️ calm our minds and improve our ability to relax
⭐️ increase our energy levels
⭐️ enhance our decision making
Over 4 sessions we’ll learn a complete set of unique and authentic practices from the Gitananda Yoga tradition to improve our lung health, weaving together,

🌸 movement (kriyas)
🌸 postures (asana)
🌸 hand gestures (hasta mudras)
🌸 sound (nada)

All sessions 6-7pm
Practicalities
Bring a mat, water and a blanket or warm top and socks as we’ll finish each session with a relaxation.
Wear comfy clothes you can move in, layers are ideal.
No experience necessary, beginners are very welcome.
