I’m excited to announce that at long last I am coming to ST IVES delivering my Beautiful, themed and anatomically chair yoga classes.

Come and learn how to calm the nervous system with breath work, how to engage the body to move and how to truly be at rest .

Chair yoga can have all the same benefits of a mat based yoga 🧘‍♀️, but on the chair.

The chair is our earth, to hold support, provide length, improve stability, posture, and balance.
