Do you want to improve your health and wellbeing? Why not spend more time in the great outdoors whilst setting your goals high with our Mountain Fitness Challenge.....⛰️🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏼‍♂️💪

🗓️Starting Tuesday 17th June 2025
📅Ending Sunday 20th July 2025

5 Week Mountain Fitness Challenge:
⌚Start & end measurements and records taken - various options available
💪 1 fitness classes per week for the 6 weeks
Plus Option of...
🏞️A beginner mountain day 500-750m mountain - Sun 20th July

Cost -
Full Mountain Challenge - £50
Fitness Only Challenge - £27

Trained and guided by fully qualified mountain leader and fitness instructor with years of experience.

Sessions are to be held at Sherdley Park, every Tuesday 18.30-19.15 (from the date above) 💪⛰️
