We offer an optional outdoor, gentle Yoga In The Garden class (weather permitting) from 1 pm – 2 pm. Ease stress and tension, relax muscles, increase circulation, or just pamper yourself with a day in beautiful gardens! Please bring a mat, bottled water and any other props that bring you comfort. Wear layers and dress for the weather.
Please join certified yoga teachers, Danae Molitor, and Renee Hofman as they lead a gentle and nurturing yoga practice in the Healing Gardens. Both teachers understand how important self-care is for healing and managing stress to live a healthy and well-balanced life. The classes are for all levels. Danae will be teaching July 13 and August 10. Renee will be teaching June 8, September 14, and October 12. Your class fee ($20) also offers you admission to enjoy the grounds both before and after class.
