Come out and enjoy unspoiled nature through one of Niagara’s best kept secrets, the Louth Conservation Area. Award winning naturalist Bruce Mackenzie, will lead this hike through this Carolinian Forest along side 16 Mile Creek to beautiful Louth Falls. The trail showcases the geological story beneath your feet, weaving past a vanishing creek through a tapestry of spring wildflowers. The hike is designed to accommodate both the curious botanist and nature lover.
Trail is relatively flat but has broken rock and small crevices in parts and a hill down to the falls. Hiking shoes recommended. Please no dogs.
