This is your invitation to join me for a special evening of rest + relaxation.

This is an evening of restorative yoga classes + somatic movement, incorporating energy healing + hot stones.

Investment: $35 (includes all props but please bring your own mat)

No experience necessary.

Restorative Yoga is the yoga of rest. We will use props as aids to help us deeply relax into poses. There should be *no* efforting as we are aiming to relax the physical, mental and emotional bodies.

You do not need yoga experience! I will always offer modifications and encourage you to meet your body where it is.

The somatic movement portion involves slow + flowy movements designed to help release held tension + stress in the physical body and prepare your body for deep relaxation.

Energy healing helps to centre + release.

Hot stones provide grounding + stability.

These evenings are the perfect way to close off the weekend and prepare your Self for the week ahead.
