3:50-7:00 Round 3 Grasp of Thorns
10 minutes are allocated at the start of round for players to get to their tables, set up terrain and discuss their lists. Round 3 any tables with undefeated players MUST use a chess clock.
This is a 3 round Matched Play event using the current Generals Handbook. Publication cut off will be August 15th. List submission due by August 17th.
Terrain
We will be using the terrain maps associated with each battle plan according to the GHB. Where a battle plan gives you the choice between area terrain or obstacles, the terrain is always an obstacle.
Hobby:
Models do not need to be painted for this event however they must be built. Any proxies or conversions must be approved by the tournament organizer prior to the event. 3D prints are limited to 1 unit of 10 models or 1 monster sized model. Printed parts across your army are fine.
Sportsmanship:
Rude and abrasive behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone found to be ill mannered or disrespectful will be asked to leave. Players are expected to uphold a social contract of mutual respect for other players and tournament staff breaking these rules will result in action from the event organizers. It’s simple don’t be a jerk.
