A Walk in the Park with Emily Buckley

The Cincinnati Parks + Rec for Wellness Hiking Series offers 24 weeks of free, guided wellness walks from May through October in parks across the city. Our goal is simple: help our community move more, feel better and connect to the beautiful public spaces we all share.
This week, meet Emily Buckley at Caldwell Nature Preserve, where the trail system offers quiet woodland paths, pawpaw groves and a connection to nature in the heart of the city.
