Chair Yoga
Join us for our free Chair Yoga classes with Tracey Opie of Root Yoga - starting on Friday 27th June from 10am - 11am.

This accessible form of Yoga is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their flexibility, strength and overall wellbeing whilst practicing from a chair rather than the floor.

Who is Chair Yoga for?
- those with limited mobility or chronic health conditions
- anyone recovering from injury or illness
- older adults looking for a gentle way to stay active
- anyone who finds traditional yoga difficult but would still like to experience the benefits
