Fat Dance Party STL

Fat Positive Saint Louis is teaming up with Yes Honey Studio to bring you a Fat Dance Party!

Class Description: "YES MOVE is our dance fitness class format. All of our classes are taught by dancers, but YES MOVE has a stronger focus on dance than strength training. In this hour-long class, your kick-ass instructor will take you through a warmup, 30-40 minutes of follow-the-leader style dance, 10-15 minutes of strength training, followed by a cool down and meditation.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one (we have plenty to borrow), your sneakers, and water. Not a dancer? No problem! This is a judgement-free zone and most of our clients do not come from a dance background. The only goal is to move our bodies and have fun!"

Tickets are limited, please only grab a ticket if you are sure you can attend! This fat dance party is just about feeling safe and having fun, you do not have to be fat, just a safe person! And you certainly don't need to be a dancer! Just somebody looking to have fun and move a little.
