Squamish 23k Sharpener

Hi everyone,

For this week's workout, let's meet at 5:30pm at the small lot beside the Valleycliffe dike at the intersection of Plateau Drive and Westway Avenue. This workout will be a short and sweet sharpening workout on the dike to prepare for this weekend's Squamish 23k race.

Only 3 Fellowship of the Run workouts remain this year so come on out and have some fun with a great group if you have yet to run with us!
