Debecks Hill Inchworms

We'll run on Debecks Hill for this week's workout now that the trails on it are open. Let's meet at 5:30pm at the corner of Tantalus Rd and Dowad Drive for a warmup up Craig's and Jacks, speedy hill intervals up the Debecks road, and a cooldown down the trails. Since a few of you will be racing the Squamish 23k in two and a half weeks from this Wednesday, this week's workout is designed with you in mind, with a slightly shorter overall workout while starting to sharpen up the legs as we get closer to race day. And a great hill workout nonetheless whether or not you have a trail race coming up!
