Laughter Yoga in Logan for everyone!
Join us on the 3rd Tuesday of the month for a wonderful morning of laughter, breathing and gentle movement while making new friends out in nature. No Yoga pants or Mats required!
Come as you are, in comfy clothing and experience the benefits of laughter
Each session will start with a warm up and guided laughing exercises to get your laughter muscles moving and finish with a cool down and calming relaxation
Everyone is welcome
No Prior Experience is required
Session are just $4 paid cash or card to Dani on the day
