Situated in Bilpin, on the Bells Line Rd, Hill Billy Ciders rustic cider shed is surrounded by breezy verandahs, over looking a large grassed area and orchard.
Non alcoholic , Draught cider, beer and wine with a wood fired pizza are all on offer.
Hillbilly Cider is the only cider in the world that uses the Julie™ apple. The first new commercial apple discovered in the Sydney/Blue Mountains area since the Granny Smith apple 100 years ago!
