Woodcrest State College warmly invites you to celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2025 at our Year 12 Graduation Ceremony. This milestone event marks a significant moment in the lives of our students, and we would be delighted to have you join us.
Event Details
• Date: Thursday, 20 November 2025
• Time: 9:30 AM start (Families may arrive from 9:10–9:25 AM)
• Location: Event Cinemas Springfield (Orion Springfield)
RSVP – Essential
Due to strict capacity limits at Event Cinemas Orion, families must RSVP to attend. An RSVP link will be shared in Week 1 of Term 4, and families will be required to submit their RSVP by the due date provided at that time. Please note that only those who RSVP will be guaranteed entry.
Important Information
• Each graduating student is permitted a maximum of three guests. The opportunity to request additional seating may be available once all RSVPs have been received.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for arranging transport for their student to and from the event, as school transport will not be provided. Following the ceremony, students are free to return home with their family.
