Woodcrest State College warmly invites you to celebrate the achievements of our Year 6 students at the 2025 Year 6 Graduation Ceremony. This special occasion marks an important milestone in the lives of our students, and we would be delighted to have you join us.
Event Details
• Date: Thursday, 4 December 2025
• Time: 9:30 AM start (Families may arrive from 9:10–9:25 AM)
• Location: Event Cinemas Springfield (Orion Springfield)

RSVP – Essential
Due to strict capacity limits at Event Cinemas Orion, families must RSVP to attend. An RSVP link will be shared in Week 4 of Term 4, and families will be required to submit their RSVP by the due date provided at that time. Please note that only those who RSVP will be guaranteed entry.
Transport Survey – Essential
To ensure all students are safely accounted for, families will also be required to complete a separate Transport Survey. Parents/guardians will be asked to indicate whether:
1. I will transport my child to the ceremony and take them home or back to school afterwards myself.
2. I require the school to transport my child to the ceremony, and a parent/guardian will take them afterwards.
3. I require the school to transport my child to the ceremony, and the school return them back to school afterwards.
Completing this survey is essential for planning and ensuring the safety of all students on the day.
Important Information
• Each graduating student is permitted a maximum of three guests. The opportunity to request additional seating may be available once all RSVPs have been received.
