Dr. Amy Patillo is a Field Specialist with the University of Missouri Extension’s Labor and Workforce Development program, where she partners with Missouri’s business and community leaders to strengthen the state’s workforce through research, education, and practical solutions. Recognized for her collaborative approach, Patillo works closely with local partners to develop strategies that are responsive, data-informed, and rooted in the real needs of Missouri’s communities and employers.
